Diary Post

This is made up from my grandfathers point of view during a war

11/21/1955
Dear Diary,

It's been three weeks since I've seen my father last I saw of him was when he was drafted for the war and since then we've had to move to several houses.  The time I've spent here I have learned how to do many things the one that I've done the most is how to plant rice and how to harvest it it's a long process but to me it's worth helping put food on the table

1/12/1955
Dear Diary,

Hey it's been awhile since I've last seen you and since then we've moved houses twice now we live with some of my aunts and cousins. It's fun to see them everyday now but we work all day instead of play but we make it as fun as we can even though it's hard work and not always fun but it'll have to do. Father still hasn't been seen to I wonder if he's even alive anymore it's hard to tell since he cant right letters to us.

Science Blog

My son Erny has trouble in school because he says he doesn't fit in. He says that he is known as two toe big foot and that he not very confident with his tail being there either so he struggles to be proud of himself he also he doesn't like his body he says he to fat and that his hair is to curly and his nose looks like a pig and his lips are to thin and he's knees are to weak so it's my fault that he has knobby knees so he struggles to fit in and he hates being how he is

Food Blog

When I was around 8 or 9 I used to love eating different food from Asia. My favorite was called a "Danta" (daan-tat which are like a Chinese egg custard ) which are still one of my favorites but I prefer a dish
called "Chasiuboa" (cha-s-ew-b-aow a white bun with Chinese style BBQ pork encased on the inside) now

We were heading to Chinatown in Chicago IL with my grandfather when he asked if I wanted to go to the bakery so obliviously I said yes to the question because I wanted some danta.  so when we get there he orders a danta for me but also a mystery for both of us so i'm obviously curious on what it is so when we get to a bench a sit down I scarf down mt danta and my grandfather finishes his slice of green tea cake so i get up and start to walk away toward the park we always go to when were down there when he screams "ETHAN GET BACK OVER HERE NOW" so I run back as fast as I could thinking I was in trouble until he hands me this weird white circular object he told me to eat so I take a bite my eyes go big because I thought it was just a bun but it was filled with one more thing that I thought was blood because it was so red but it that turned out to be BQQ Pork and from that first bite I took several more until I realized it was gone and since that day Chasiuboa as been my favorite bakery snack to get because it was SOOOO GOOD

 Its a danta
 Its a Chasiuboa

My New Years Resolution

My new years resolution is to become more serious in the sport I play. I spend time now practicing but I plan to get more serious about it now and try to practice more. I would gain an improving accuracy and skill in the sport. what i'd lose by getting more serious about the sport is less free time to spend time with friends and family. My greatest conflict with this activity is that its far away from my house and that it can get really expensive. what drives me to engage in this sport is that its unique and I enjoy playing the sport.

Present story

Last Christmas I received the most surprising gift from my aunt. It started how my family always opens gifts we go to our spots give each child his or her gift then we all start opening at the same time and the first gift I open is this light rectangle box with colorful wrapping and when I finish unwrapping it there's a cereal box of Christmas captain crunch that's looks like its been opened with a sticky note that says "open me!" and when i open it there's a pile of gift cards to all my favorite places.
